If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms form a legally binding contract between you and flashpageko under the laws of England and Wales. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to enrol in courses or create an account. The site is intended for individuals and organisations seeking professional training in multi-camera switching, live broadcasting techniques, real-time video operation and related production skills. You may use the materials solely for personal or internal professional development. Commercial resale or redistribution of course content is not permitted without prior written consent.
Prohibited conduct
You must not attempt to copy, record or share live sessions or recorded modules beyond the personal licence granted. You must not interfere with site security, upload malicious files, impersonate others or use the platform to promote competing services. Any breach may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action for copyright infringement or breach of contract.
Accounts, submissions and user content
When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. Course submissions such as practical assignments or project files remain your property but you grant flashpageko a non-exclusive licence to use anonymised examples for quality assurance and improvement. You are responsible for any content you upload and must ensure it does not infringe third-party rights or contain offensive material.
Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use
All text, video demonstrations, diagrams, course structures and branding belong to flashpageko or its licensors. You may download course notes for personal study but must not modify, publish or commercially exploit them. Trademarks such as the company name and logo may not be used without express permission. Limited quotation for criticism or review is allowed under fair dealing provisions of UK copyright law.

The site may reference or integrate third-party tools for video hosting, payment processing or streaming technology. flashpageko does not control or endorse these services and accepts no liability for their availability or data practices. You should review the terms of any third-party provider before supplying personal information.
Availability, changes, suspension and termination
flashpageko aims to keep the site accessible but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for maintenance, updates or legal reasons. Courses may be withdrawn or rescheduled with reasonable notice. Either party may terminate access for material breach. Upon termination you must cease use of downloaded materials except where personal copies are retained for legitimate study purposes.
Disclaimers that remain subject to mandatory consumer law
Course outcomes depend on individual effort and prior experience. flashpageko provides training to professional standards but does not warrant that completion will lead to employment or specific technical proficiency. Descriptions of techniques reflect current industry practice at the time of recording. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other non-excludable right under UK consumer law.
Limitation of liability
Subject to the above, total liability of flashpageko for any claim arising from use of the site or courses shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limit applies to direct losses only. Indirect or consequential losses including loss of business opportunity are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify flashpageko against claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your submissions or your misuse of course materials, except to the extent caused by flashpageko negligence.
Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales unless you reside in another part of the United Kingdom, in which case local courts may apply. Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last updated date
If any provision is found unenforceable the remainder continues in full force. Failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver. flashpageko may update these terms with notice on the site.
